Our mission is to empower and support single matriarchs:

While we support all caregivers, our focus is on honoring the unique journey of matriarchs, namely mothers, grandmothers, aunts, godmothers, and other women guiding high school seniors through the transition to post-graduation life, often as the sole leader of their family.

Through practical resources, compassionate guidance, and a strong community, we help families prepare for the emotional, academic, and logistical milestones of senior year and beyond, ensuring no caregiver walks this journey alone.

Together Through Twelve was born out of love and lived experience.

Our founder watched her sister raise a son on her own, surrounded by a community that stepped in during life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. That powerful example of support inspired the creation of T3, a space where single matriarchs and their high school seniors are seen, supported, and celebrated through one of the most important years of their lives.

Our Values

  • A single mother gently touching a young boy's face, both smiling while looking at each other against a plain gray background.

    Compassion First

We lead with empathy, understanding the emotional complexity of preparing a child for life after high school. We believe every caregiver deserves to feel seen, supported, and respected.

    Empowerment Through Knowledge

We believe that informed decisions lead to confident futures. Our guidance and resources are designed to equip caregivers with the clarity and confidence they need at every stage.

    Strength in Solidarity

We hold a deep respect for single parents navigating this journey alone. Their resilience inspires our work, and we are committed to being the village that ensures no one carries the weight of senior year without support.

    Respect for Every Journey

We recognize and honor the diverse paths families take. Whether traditional or nontraditional, every caregiver’s experience is valid and worthy of support.

    Practical Help, Real Impact

We value resources that matter. Our focus is on providing real-world tools and actionable solutions that make a genuine difference in families’ lives.

Our Vision:

To build strong communities that empower mothers and launch confident, prepared graduates into adulthood.

At Together Through Twelve, we believe no mother, grandmother, aunt, or caregiver should walk the senior year journey alone.

So many organizations wrap their arms around families in the early years — from Head Start programs to clothing closets and food drives. That support is beautiful and needed.

But when children become teens, the resources begin to thin. Organizations that walk with parents through the high school years and into that first year of college are far fewer, even though those seasons can be just as overwhelming, expensive, and emotionally stretching.

Together Through Twelve exists to fill that gap, to stand with the matriarchs guiding their teens from senior year into the next chapter.

That’s why T3 exists: to stand in the gap.

    Our Impact

The heart of Together Through Twelve is found in the stories of the families we serve. Discover how T3 has transformed the lives of single mothers and children.

    Donate

Every act of giving helps a single matriarch breathe a little easier and a family dream a little bigger.  Give today and help a family cross the finish line with hope.

We are more than a nonprofit.

We are a movement of women lifting women, families standing stronger, and villages rebuilding hope together, through every milestone, through every challenge, through twelve and beyond.
